Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients

• 1 pkg linguine or spaghetti 8 o.z
• 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli
• flouretes
• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 lb boneless chicken breasts,
• cubbed
• 2 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

• Cook linguine/spaghetti according to package directions. Add
• broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain.
• Heat buter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring
• often.
• Add soup, milk, chesse, pepper and linguine/spaghetti mixture and
• heat through. Serve with additional parmesan cheese. Serves 8.
