Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 pkg angel hair pasta
• 2 Tbs butter or margarine
• 1 can (8 oz) sliced carrots drain
• 1 jr (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken
• 1 pkg (10 oz) chicken breast
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

• Cook pasta acording to package directions; drain and set aside.
• Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet melt butter over high heat. Add
• carrots, mushrooms and garlic. Cook until garlic browns slightly,
• about 1 minute. Stir in soup, chicken and milk; bring to boil.
• Reduce heat to medium; cook until heated through, about 1 minute. In
• a serving bowl toss with reserved pasta.
