Sloppy joes

Ingredients

• 1 TBS oil
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 TBS packed brown sugar
• 1 TBS dehydrated minced onion
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 hamburger buns
• cole slaw and potato chips

Directions

• In large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef,
• sugar, onion, garlic, cumin and chili powder. Cook, stirring
• ocasionally, until meat is no longer pink, bout 5 minutes. Stir in
• tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and salt; ook, stirring
• occasionally, until mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Fill
• buns with beef mixture; serve with cole slaw and chips.
