Pizza Stuffed Crust

Ingredients

• 1 Loaf (16 oz) bread dough
• 6 sticks string cheese
• 1/2 cup pizza sauce
• 1-1/2 C. Double shredded cheese
• 20 slices peperoni
• 1/4 C chopped bell pepper
• 1/4 C mushrooms
• 2 TBS parmesan shredded cheese

Directions

• 1. Roll dough to 13" circle on lightly floured surface. Place on
• greased 12 " pizza pan, allowing 1 " dough to hang over rim of pan.
• Arrange cheese sticks on dough, next to the inside edge of rim of
• pan. Bring overhanging dough up and over cheese sticks, totally
• enclosing cheese sticks in dough. Pinch edge of dough to seal. Bake
• in preheated 425 degrees oven for 7 minutes.
• 2. Spread sauce over dough; sprinkle with 1 cup pizza double
• cheese. Arrange pepperoni over cheese; sprinkle with bell pepper and
• mushrooms. Top with remaining 1/2 cup pizza double cheese and
• parmesan cheese.
• 3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
