Onion Wine Soup

Ingredients

• 3 medium onions, thinly sliced
• 2 Cups
• 3 T. butter or margarine
• 2 10 1/2 oz Condensed chicken
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp ground Pepper
• French Bread toasted slices
• Parmesan cheese
• 1 Can Chicken Broth

Directions

• Cook onion in butter over direct heat until lightly browned. Add
• condensed chicken soup, chicken broth and wine; heat. Laddle into
• soup bowls. Sprinkle toast slices with cheese; float on soup. Pass
• additional cheese, if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
