Grilled Fillet Stir Fry

Ingredients

• 1 Gorton's Garlic Butter Grilled
• Fillets
• 1 C Chicken broth
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 bag (16 o.z.) Frozen Vegetable
• Mixture
• Cooked Rice

Directions

• Cook Gorton's Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets according to package
• directions.
• Meanwhile, in 12 in skillet, bring broth, vinegar, cornstarch and
• pepper to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling, stirring
• frequently, 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in vegetables
• and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring
• occasionally; 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. To serve,
• place vegetables mixture oaver hot rice and top with grilled Fillets.
• Makes 2 to 3 servings.
