Cheezy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 pkgs frozen mixed vegetables
• 2 sticks butter
• 2 packets Ritz crackers, crushed
• 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese

Directions

• Use your favorite vegetable combination (brocoli, carrots,
• cauliflower, etc.
• Microwave vegetables until soft but not completely done. Lay them in
• bottom of a 13x9x2 inch oblong pan (glass preferred, for serving).
• Cover with Velveeta cheese slices. Melt butter in pan. Add Ritz
• cracker curmbs, and blend until moistened and butter is absorbed.
• Pour evenly over vegetables and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
• minutes, or until lightly browned.
