Beef and Noodles

Ingredients

• 2 lbs Beef cut into 1/4" cubes
• 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 Cup Sliced Celery
• 2 Small Onions, Sliced and
• separated into rings
• 2 (8 o.z.) cans tomato sauce
• 1/2 Cup water
• 2 Tbs sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 (8 oz.) package wide egg noodl
• 1/4 Cup finely chopped parsley

Directions

• Cook Beef in oil in a large skillet until browned. Add celery and
• onion; cook until crisp-tender. Add tomato sauce, water, sugar,
• paprika, and salt; cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
• Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Spoon meat
• sauce over noodles, and sprinkle with parsley. Yield 6 servings.
