Chicken Scampi

Ingredients

• 5 whole chicken breasts
• 1 bulb of garlic, minced
• 2 sticks of butter
• 4 pkgs of George Washington
• golden brown seasoning
• 1 pkg of Good Seasons Zesty
• italian seasoning
• 1 1/2 C. of parmesan cheese

Directions

• Clean the chcken breasts, remove all the fat, cut into cubes and
• set aside. In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the minced
• garlic; simmer over low heat. When the garlic becomes tender, add
• the chicken and the packages of seasonings. Continue to simmer until
• cheken becomes tender. Remove from stove and place entire
• ingredients into a pyrex baking dish; top with parmesan cheese and
• place under broiler at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. Take care to
• keep an eye on dish to keep from burning; remove from oven when
• chicken begins to brown.
