Taco Salad

Ingredients

1.5 lb lean ground beef
1 C. chopped onions
2 pkg Rice-A-Roni beef flavor
1 C. salsa
2 tsp chili powder
8 C. shredded lettuce
2 med tomato, chopped
1 C. shredded Monterey Jack or
Cheddar cheese
1 C. crushed tortilla chips

Directions

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions; drain.
Remove from skillet; set aside.
In same skillet prepare Rice-A-Roni mix as package directions state.
Sitr in meat mixture, salsa and chile powder; continue cooking over
low heat 3 to 4 minutes or until heater through.
Arrange lettuce on serving platter.
Top with rice, tomato, cheese, and tortilla chips.
